This safety hook is perhaps the most important part of the stanchion of the RSS sloping roof system. The hook is mounted in duplicate on the opposite side of the u-profile of the stanchion. The purpose of the red safety hook is to be hooked behind the edge of the gutter, so that the roof edge protection is secured.
